Guidelines for Accessing and Interacting with Our Online Services
Bookings
All bookings are best placed through our website.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
We operate under a dynamic pricing model, meaning rates are not fixed and may vary based on demand, availability, seasonality, and peak or off-peak periods.
The price of your booking is confirmed at the time of reservation. We are unable to offer refunds or price adjustments for any rate changes that occur after a booking has been completed.
Cancellation Policy - Within 30 days of arrival
No refunds will be given if you are arriving within 30 days.
Cancellations made within the 30-day window will not receive a refund.
Once checked in, there is a strict no-refund policy for cancellations or booking alterations.
Exception: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a 100% refund and no cancellation fee, provided the booking is not for the same day and the guest has not arrived on site.
Cancellation Policy – Greater than 30 days prior to arrival
If your booking is outside of the 30-day window, then you are eligible for a 100% refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Exception: Cancellations made within 7 days of placing the booking are eligible for a 100% refund and no cancellation fee, provided the booking does not lapse within the 30-day window.
Reschedule Policy
Bookings may be rescheduled by providing new dates up to 14 days prior to arrival.
We do not offer booking credits.
Rescheduled dates may be any available dates within 9 months of the original arrival date.
Once a booking has been rescheduled, it becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled again.
Cancellation / Reschedule Conditions
These policies apply in all circumstances regardless of the reason.
Cancellation and refund terms may vary for bookings made through third-party booking channels.
All refunds and reschedule requests are subject to availability and management discretion.
All cancellation and reschedule requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Check-in & Checkout
Guests will receive a pre-check-in email on the day of arrival with site or cabin details.
- Cabins: Check-In after 2:00pm
- Cabins: Check-Out before 10:00am
- Campsites: Check-In after 1:00pm
- Campsite Check-Out before 11am
Late checkout may be available if the site or cabin is not booked for the following night and must be approved by staff.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside cabins or communal facilities.
Electric Vehicles(Cars)
Charging of electric vehicles including electric cars is not permitted anywhere within the park. Any guest found charging an electric vehicle will incur a $40 fee for power consumption and will be required to cease charging immediately.
Light Electric Vehicles (Scooters/E-bikes)
Charging of light electric vehicles such as e-scooters and e-bikes is permitted via external power outlets only.
Charging must not occur inside cabins, caravans, tents, awnings, or near combustible materials. Charging may be restricted or prohibited during periods of high fire danger or on Total Fire Ban days at management’s discretion.
Helmets must be worn and please follow the speed limit of the park for the safety of others and yourself.
Pets are Welcome
Pets must be under your control at all times.
Owners, it’s your job to clean up after your pets.
Owners are fully responsible and liable for their pets, including any injury, damage, disturbance, or cleaning required as a result of their pet’s behaviour.
Please check the booking page for availability of Pet-Friendly cabins.
If Pet-friendly cabins are available; additional fees for your pet may apply.
Noise / Quiet Hours
Quiet hours apply from 10.00pm to 7.00am. During this time, all noise must be kept to a minimum and music is not permitted.
Cleaning Fees / Additional Fees
A cleaning fee may be charged if cabins or sites are left excessively dirty, damaged, or with rubbish. Any additional cleaning, waste removal, or repairs required will be charged to the card on file.
Management Discretion
Management reserves the right to refuse entry, relocate, or require any guest or visitor to leave the park at any time at the manager’s discretion where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of park rules. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
