Booking Terms & Details

Bookings

Our sites follow the contours of the river. We tailor, site placement according to our guests requirements, based upon your setup, and size of vehicle. Management reserves the right to reallocate a site booking if circumstances require.

Bookings can be made directly online via the website, calling the office or by email.

All bookings require a deposit of 1 nights accommodation per site booked. Peak periods full pre-payment required.

Cancellations

Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival - a cancellation fee of $50 for cabins & $20 for sites will apply to all bookings.

Cancellations 14 to 30 days prior to arrival – a cancellation fee of 50% of total booking will apply to all bookings.

Cancellations within 14 days or less prior to arrival - a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking will apply to all bookings.

Refunds are unavailable for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date or due to; early departures, no shows, change of mind, inclement weather, or where clients are asked to leave the park for breaching park rules.

Park Management reserves the right to cancel or amend any bookings

Pricing is subject to change.


Deposit Refunds

All deposit refunds processed incur a $20.00 administration fee.

Peak Periods

Preferred sites and cabins will be allocated subject to availability and with our best efforts, but are not guaranteed. 


Peak

For Peak Periods your booking is required to be confirmed 30 days prior to arrival.

Minimum nights may vary closer to the allocated dates.


Non-peak

For Non Peak Periods your booking is required to be confirmed 7 days prior to arrival for a refund on deposits. Bookings can only be moved if they are outside the 'cancellation period', subject to availability.

Additional Guests

Children (Extra)

Children up to 4 years of age are free. Children aged 4 - 15 years $7.00 per night.


Adults (Extra)

Adults (15 years & over) $15.00 per night.

Check In/Out

All patrons are required to report to the Office on arrival and complete a Registration Form.

Check in

After 2.00pm


Check out

Before 10.30am.

Late checkout available (excluding peak periods). Contact us to arrange if required.

Pet Policy

Management does not accept any liability for any loss or damage incurred to any van, vehicle, tent, prefab, or any loss of property in the park. Please secure all valuables. Lost property can be reported to the office. Any property found and handed in to the office will be held for 2 weeks only.

Reserve Rules & Advice

Office Hours

Our office is normally attended from 8.30am to 6pm daily. If for any reason the office is unattended please refer to the manager on duty mobile number posted at the office. Check in/Arrivals outside of these hours must be arranged in advance.


Visitors

All visitors must report to the office.


Motor Vehicles

The speed limit within the reserve is 10kph, walking pace.

Please observe road directional signs. The riding of trail bikes, mini-bikes and four-wheelers is prohibited in the Reserve.


Parking

Each site has one allocated car space. Visitor parking is located adjacent to the amenities block.


Children

Children are not to be left unsupervised. Young children should be accompanied by an adult whilst using the Amenities.

Children are required by law to wear a safety helmet whist riding a bicycle within the Reserve.


Bicycles

Please ensure bikes/scooters are secured on your site. Bicycles and scooters are not permitted to be ridden after dark. Helmets must be worn.


Water

All taps in the Reserve are supplied with Town Water.

UV Treated Water is available from the tap marked 'Drinking Water' adjacent to the Camp Kitchen at the rear of Amenities.


Air Conditioners

We are very mindful of our footprint. We request that when possible air conditioners are not left running while you are not in attendance.


Camp Kitchen

The Washing Up area is available to any patron. 

A refrigerator, microwave, oven/cooktop, toaster and kettle are provided for your use, in additional to the adjacent barbeques.


Laundry

The washing machines are $5.00 per load and the dryer is $5.00 for 30 minutes.


Charging Mobile Phones

For security reasons, we are happy to put your phone on charge in our office on the Charging Hub provided for your use; please do not charge your phones in the common areas.


Amenities

Please be considerate of other guests using the facilities. Showers should be limited to no longer that 5 minutes, during peak. Please mop the floor in the showers after use.

Overnight lighting - A timer button is located above the bench in the basin area of the ladies and mens amenities.


Waste Disposal

General Waste

(Red or Green Lid Bins)

Please wrap or bag rubbish before placing in bins.

Recycle Bins

(Yellow Lid Bins)

Only bottles, cans and paper/cardboard in recycle bins. Please leave 10lt water containers adjacent to bins. No plastic bags, soft plastics or food in recycle bins.

We are unable to dispose of general camp waste (broken chairs, tables etc).


Public Nuisance

There is a 10:30pm curfew on loud music or undue noise, except New Years Eve. There is a 7:30pm curfew on generators.

Any offensive behaviour will not be tolerated, and offending patrons will be required to leave the Reserve on demand without refund.


Unpowered Sites

You are NOT permitted to run extension cords from a Powered site under any circumstance.

If you wish to use a generator it must be contained within YOUR site placed under your annex to ensure you do not disturb the quiet enjoyment of other campers.

You must observe the 7:30pm to 7:30am curfew and for no longer than three (3) hours at a time.

The Camp Kitchen provides basic cooking and fridge facilities for your use.


Camp Fires

Campfires must comply with CFA guidelines and be contained within fire pits provided throughout the Reserve.

During the Fire Danger Period please refer to the Fire Restriction Period Information Sheet provided at Registration.

CFA Fire danger period restrictions must be adhered to without exception.


Chainsaws

No chainsaws to be used within the Reserve, due to both noise and safety issues.


Drones

Drone flying within the Reserve is prohibited.


Washing Vehicles

No washing of caravans or vehicles within the reserve.
